At Home Zone Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture is in original condition and accompanied by the proof of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once approved, securely repackage the item in its original packaging; we will schedule a professional furniture pickup or provide instructions for a local showroom drop-off.

  Inspection and Processing

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned furniture for any damages or signs of use to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
